Pack the Items
Place the garments in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the delivery note is included inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return label provided through the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
